32-349 Soft Close Concealed Hinge Set

Numbers I've been able to find: mepla hinge part 591 290 00/00 mepla hinge 346.290.51.00 Round hole mounts... As you can see in the picture, only the small pot metal piece that holds two parts of the hinge together is broken. But I realize it's unlikely to find only that part.

Cannot find a replacement for the broken hinge. Photos are of a good hinge. Please advise. Thanks.

I'm trying to reinstall some cabinet doors the previous homeowner removed. Hello, I have 2 hinges (511 243 01.92) that look like they could be replaced by your 32-346. My measure about 3/8" offset when the door is open 90 degrees. Meaning the inside of the door is offset that dimension to the frame of the cabinet. Thank you for your help Nick
