Looking for a lazy susan hinge. Blum hinge AUSTRIA 70.655-01

for a bifold door housing a lazy Suzan. This hinge is between the frame and the door.

I'm trying to locate two of these hinges. Pictures show some sort of numbers but it's crucial that both the plate and the hinge screw spacing is 1 3/4" because there is a half circle cut out where the plate is attached and I need to straddle that half circle.
