I just ordered this as a replacement for a dresser drawer. How do you remove the interior piece from the exterior slide for mounting on both sides?

I need help identifying my slides. The part that mounts in the groove on the side of the drawer is approximately 13 3/4" x 5/8" and the part that mounts inside the dresser is approximately 12 1/4" x 3/8".
