S145-3 3 lb Series 145 Balance Spring

No parts numbers found for bathroom window or balance spring. The spring itself is slightly larger than a US quarter, is 1/2" wide and guesstimated to be att least 3' in length fully unrolled. The window itself is approx. 19 1/2" H X 21 1/2" W and weighs around 5 to 6lbs.. The spring tip end inserte ... (cont.)

I am hoping you can tell me what type of balance spring I need for this window. I also attached a pic of the latch that was broken.

I am attempting to replace some constant force balances. I believe they are Series 145 Balance Springs based off the design of the tongue and the type of carrier. I need multiple sizes of coils x10 Units stamped #3 x6 Units stamped #4 x8 Units stamped #5 x4 Units stamped #6

It's on both sides of the single hung window, to keep the window open, now both of those are broken, the window won't stay open, the one in the picture is for the left side, but it doesn't have any letters or numbers marked on it, it has 2 springs. Thanks

I work on military housing throughout the country. I'm having trouble replacing these coil balances. The springs are stamped with 3,4,5 or 6. Any ideas?
