32-146 Rear Mount Fixed Socket

Do you have a version of 32-146 now with pegs that protrude on the back side of the mount? It not, any idea where I might locate same? Thanks.

The parts have no markings. They are for the rear mount on a silverware drawer in which the bars/sliders are under mounted on the drawer. I am looking for any material really to replace these mounts, plastic (I would reinforce) or metal. Hopefully you would able to get the inserts (3/8" long) on ... (cont.)
