Looking for the pieces that attach the sill to the spiral balance. The balances look fine but the sash is missing the connectors

Hello, The pivot bar broke off into the pivot shoe & sash. I am a non-professional homeowner who would like to fix this problem DIY. Please identify part shown in photos. Its is a pivot bar holder from the top of the bottom sash in a double hung vinyl window.

Hi - I believe these were Silverline windows installed by builder in 1992, the U shaped connecting bars have all rusted away and broken, BUT the remaining rusted pieces are stuck in the plastic parts.
