I need a replacement for the sash lock shown in this photo. it is 3/4" wide, 2-1/2" long, and has 2-1/4" mounting screw center-to-center spacing, handing is for XO sliding window configuration. Thanks in advance for your help with this. John Scott

I have Gilcrest/Jewett basement window well left sliding windows and I would like to obtain two replacement latches. Each window has two latches. I can not find a model number on the windows but our house was built in 2007. Picture 4 is an unlatched not broken lock.

I need 4ea balance springs, metal channel is 1/2" by 28" without top & bottom pieces. #2740 stamped on side. I need 8ea of the little tiny clips the go on the sides of the sash. I need 2ea of the latches, holes are 2 1/4 in on center, opening for the striker is 3/8th of an inch.

I have at least one pair of 3.5" window closures that are broken. These are the items on either side of the window. I need to look at all of our windows (many) but I believe I have at least one broken latch/lock as well. A picture of each item is attached. Would you provide part number and prici ... (cont.)

Is this item plastic or metal?
