I will need some of these mounts to repair windows from late 70s

Recently bought an old Florida house with these types of windows. One of the glass panes has broken off and I'm trying to find the necessary parts to reattach it. Please help.

The linkage outside of the crank one of the arms to help tip it out has broken the aluminum pen. Does not seem like we can get a different pin or bolt that will leave enough room for it to crank out. The window is not secure to the frame. I think the retaining clips are not holding. Also can not find the correct replacement operator to wind out the window for replacement.

I have several Milgard casement windows from the early 2000s and a number of the operator arms no longer connect to track at the bottom of the window, therefore I have to manually pull the window shut rather than using the casement crank handle. Hi-there's a rivet that goes through the hole in this slide bar guide, shown in the picture I provide. Does it come with the guide, or do you need to purchase it separately? Thanks!Daniel
