Can you please advise if you have the 2 parts I need to fix my kitchen window? I need a replacement lock latch (window 2 & 3 photos)and the plastic guide bushing (window 1 photo). If you have these parts, please advise cost and lead time. Thank you.

This piece holds and guides the steal bar that goes up and down when you push the lock lever up and down.

Clip or guide for casement window. This clip is broken and won't hold the brass insert. I'm looking to identify the clip so I can find a replacement part for it. Thank you. Your help is appreciated.
