39-448 Tie Bar Guide

This piece holds and guides the steal bar that goes up and down when you push the lock lever up and down.

Clip or guide for casement window. This clip is broken and won't hold the brass insert. I'm looking to identify the clip so I can find a replacement part for it. Thank you. Your help is appreciated.

Opening and closing very difficult, crank handle stripped, have to use vise grips to open. Saw to parts broken, black plastic part that fits into channel at bottom below the right corner of the window. It slides in the channel. Other part is whit plastic latch on left side of window. The window hardware on the casement window is Truth. One of the tie bar guides has broken and I want to replace it. I am attaching a picture of the broken one and an adjacent good part.
