39-448 Tie Bar Guide

This plastic piece has failed on most windows in my home. There are generally 3 to each window and they hold and guide the metal bar (mostly vertical but some horizontal) that slides up or down when the window is locked and released. I have Jeld wen windows made in 2004. I am looking for the following. 1.vertical metal locking bar as seen in picture 2.The plastic clips that hold the bar in place as seen in picture 3. The hand crank out and bar hardware

Hi. I need to replace a Truth 45251 casement window operator with 9.5" arm (40049 stamped on arm). The distance between the outer screw holes is 3". My tie bar lock is 29-1/2" long. You show a 30.9" tie bar, but I only have two cone rollers, you have three. My cones are 4 inches from the top and 7-3/8" from the bottom.

This is from a casement window that has 2 strikes for latching. This flat rod with 2 knobs on it. It attaches to the locking handle and slides up or down to engage the knobs on it to go into the keepers. They are different sizes according to the length of the casement window. We have two of these brackets that snapped off so that there is no loner a channel for he locking rod. BF Rich as you doubtless know went out of business in 2017. Do you have a replacement part that would work?

Hello and thank you for doing and selling what you do!!! I found a Patent Number on the plastic lock part that broke and fell off the other arm to my awning window.
