No marking on window frame or cranks. The crank works to open window but clicks and won't "catch" to fully close.

See in picks the brand an part number of window , need a crank assy for that window , believe it would be a left side open , with back to jam it goes left to open.

Will not fully close window. Stops at point shown

I need to replace this crank. The measurements line up with your description on your page. I also need to replace the black piece that latches to the window. As you can see in the picture, it is bent. I also need the cover and gasket like in the picture.

It looks like this window has two different operating cranks. The first one is left side and second photo is the right side. The name on them is Truth and on the second picture I see the numbers 30818.

Works fine once it is clear of the jamb but just spins when closing tight or opening from closed.

Hello again, See attached photos of our latest failed operator. The unit is stamped with "Truth" and the number 41012. This is on a thru the sill mounting. I'd would like the white cover and a new gasket if that doesn't come with the crank assembly. Thanks you.

Hi,The casement window crank doesn't open very well. The gear is worn down so the teeth don't grip. The window is a Simonton. I've got two of these windows that have this issue and the other one is just the reverse opening direction.Thanks,Eric

Operator works, but I have no connection to the slide bar on the sash itself from the inside it's pivoted on the left so it should be a left hand operator also need the locking mechanism on the inside I gave the size between the screw holes the handle is the only thing that doesn't work on that and ... Can I use the 39-253RB as a replacement for the casement arm as shown in the pictures? Do I need extra parts?

Something is striped on each window I can manually open each window about 3 inches then the crank will work out and in but it won't crank it to close the final 3 inches.it looks I need a dual arm right and left.I hope your able to help

The arm attached to the bottom of the window has rusted to the point it crumbles. No identifiers on window or crank arm assembly. The window was put in approx 20 years go.
