Hey there, have a house full of 1989 Milgard aluminum windows with lower lift sashes. They are all in bad shape and I am replaceing all of the balancers. Some are missing the part in the picture which seems to cause them to scrape in the channel. Do you sell these? Thanks!

This small pieces holding moving non-tilt panel centered in place. Do you carry this?

I was able to find on your website the two Spiral Balances I need (S400-31), the two metal brackets #62 (17-062) and the Spiral Balance Charging Tool for Non-tilt Windows (75-005).
