Do you have a replacement hinge like the one in the photo. Unable to find in local hardware and big box stores. Unable to read markings on hinge.

Looking for replacements for these hinges. Merillat cabinets. I would like soft close hinges.

This is my current cabinet door hinge. I want to replace them with soft close/self close hinges. 45 mm screw distance, 3/8 inch deep pan, 2 3/4 inch full length. Options?

Hello, I attached some photos to confirm but I think I'm one of the many unlucky homeowners to have MEPLA's products.
