MEPLA stamped on the metal housing, ni ID number; There is a marking on the plastic insert : "82" The hinge is from a cabinet circa 1985-86.

Hello, According to our handyman who was looking at these hinges, the base is part #510.356.00.13. Attached is a photo of the hinge and base. All of my cabinets have these hinges. We would appreciate your help in finding replacements for these hinges. Regards
