Truth Hardware hinges. Supposedly they don't sell them anymore, or they're very specific to the window.

The casement window opener mechanism has two arms: one is 9 inches long, and the other is 10 inches. The case measures 2.5 inches by 5 inches. There are markings such as "02/19/15 09:22 A" on the unit.

Truth 45352, number on arm is 31876. I removed the operator on the left in the image but included pics of the right one for reference as it is still operational. The case is 4"7/8, the arm extended from the case is about 9"? Thanks for your help! Emma

Think it is a casement sill mount split arm operator, need a replacement. It doesn't close and need to push it from outside while someone cranks the arm.
