This is a patio door handle for heavy hurricane windows. Black in color the handle is 9 3/4"tall, 1"wide, 5/16"depth. There are 2 screws one is 3" from top of door handle and second screw hole is just about 7" from the top of door handle. The 2 screws are 4" apart.

Hello, our Guardian patio door handle broke so I purchased a replacement. However I can not find a mortise latch that will fit.
