Thumb turn on the inside blank on the outside inside and outside handles

This is the original slider door w/ handles to the house built in 2003 - 2004.Assuming door manufactured by Patriot as windows are from that manufacturer. Found similar handles on your site, but not exact. Please let me know if you have a match. Thank you.

Sliding glass door is approx. 17 years old, guessing from sticker (see attached). There are 4 holes in door frame for handle (first three holes are about same size, last hole at bottom is smaller - see attached), but do not know if they're all from latest lock.
