Hoping to get this locking mechanism identified without uninstalling it yet as it is still locking with some finagling. The lever on the handle feels loose and isn't fully operating the hook mechanism and it is getting stuck in the housing.

1. Inside handle's wobbly - after I tighten screws after few times opening door gets wobbly again. 2. It wasn't latching so I added some shims awhile ago to the part in the wall so it would stick out more to catch the latch. Slider door i need the lock with key

Can you recommend a latch replacement part. My slider will still latch but seems a spring has fallen out and I have to wiggle the handle to get the latch to engage. The inside door latch measures approx 6 1/4 inches high and 3/4 inch wide.
