Need new Handel and locking mechanism for door. No brand name on door or Handel. Just the attached pics

The exterior slider handle was broke off. I need to replace it. Thank you.

I've purchased 3 different mortise locks for my slider and they all measure 3 3/16 for the part that goes into the door. My door opening for that part of the mortise is only 3 1/16 or maybe 3 2/16. Do they sell this anywhere or am I going to have to get as new slider altogether?

Looks like cast aluminum door handle . See markings

Can you please give me the best option to replace this lock assembly? Screw centers look like 3 7/8". Any options would be appreciated

The handles are fine but the lock mechanism is broken and the flip lever does not seem to go in very far . It does not seem to be broken.

Handle is on a PGT Industries patio door 24B-012-010. Other numbers on tag are "12060 BPW HH7/16CL L7 shipped on 09/09/15. Can I get a handle with a key plug and housing? Or another to lock the door from the outside?
