I purchased item 82-089 sliding door handles on the advice of the forum but found the screw holes to be off from the original sliders US Patent 5125703 D340,398. I am wondering if item 82-086 on your website might have the proper placement for the screws. If so, could I return the original purchase ... (cont.)

Hello we need to replace our sliding door handles , the location is right on the sea front and the existing handles have corroded. Is there the possibility of getting the handles in Stainless steel , if so please provide a price. we will require 5 doubles and 6 singles

The tongue on the lever that goes into the locking mechanism collapsed back into the level and stopped making adequate contact with the locking mechanism. I tried to pull it out and it actually came out all together. The level is very loose, it must have had a bushing or similar thing that is now ... (cont.)

Our back patio doors are a double door with one sliding door locking into the other one. Just installed the 82-086 on one door and it works great. Morning, I think I've located the right handles. 82-089 or 82-086. Can you confirm if this is the right handle and let me know what else I may need? I am interested in the lock option for this replacement so any help would be appreciated. All the best, Marc

I purchased a replacement handle for the other slider in our house back in 2015. Invoice 68156. The replacement we purchased does not have the lock. We do not need the lock and would like the same one we received back in 2015. 2265-01-BM Handle Set.
