I had to order a new Glide for Single Arm Window Operator, but the issue is the hinge at the end of the casement, is pressed on. There seems no way I will be able to out the new glide on. stamped on the arm part of the item is TRUTH with a number on the back I 45352 made in USA

I need this black clip for my casement window, but the combination doesn't seem to match the combinations of operators and shoes on your website. What do you recommend? This is a Truth operator. The arm looks like it's 13 inches long.

Trued to buy on the website but don show if left or right but I need one of each side. And two tracks.
