The attached photos are for an operator on a Marvin window that a Truth motor broke -- the crank was broken out of its socket. It has two 8-inch arms, and appears to be EntryGard brand.

The black plastic part that fits into the slide on the left interior side is broken. Needs to be replaced. Manufactured 7/15/1998.

Entry Gard # 40759. Double arm. Installed unit appeared to have to have 'end caps' Missing. The part that engages the slide mechanism

I have older Truth Series 11 operators (close to your 39.348 item) and would like to update them. It looks like the Encore operator will fit with new mounting holes and a new track. I have this operator arm and unfortunately have no identifier on the operator that I can refer to. The rod end you see in picture fits in the cap that is screwed on. The cap fractured so the rod is no longer secured.

hello, I am looking for 2 parts: the metal clip that connects the arm to the slider, (seen here in 2 pics one a close up). and the slider itself. I would like about a dozen of each.thank you,Charles
