The stamped number: 32D ED5 CMC 45 Quantity: 2 Length: 32" Also the pivot shoe is my main problem. The broken shoe was on the balance but looks like the glass repair shop removed them If these can't be replaced is there another option?

The pivot shoe has broke in several pieces on both sides of the window.I will need two springs or two pivot shoes. I have removed both from the window.numbers stamped in are 26C DD% CMC 45Just looked at the windows in more detail. The window brand is Jeld-Wen.Please help.

Hello, I have Jeld-Wen builders double hung vinyl windows and 3 of the pivot shoes have broken in half. Looking to replace them using your jamb spreaders. The tilt balance it attaches to is a 26C. One of my locking shoes broke. The windows were manufactured in 2008 by a now out of business company called Champion Windows. The shoes appear to be 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 9/16". Balance has 27C BD5 CMC 87 on it.

The shoe had exploded so it has clear tape on it to hold it together. The channel balance is 26" (metal length only). The shoe is 1 1/8" X 1 1/8" with a 1/2" depth.
