I need to find replacement window latch for my windows. I am unsure of the brand and don't have any labels left on them. Installed prior to purchase of home. About 13 years old.

I Having trouble locating Tilt laches for a few of my windows These are mounted inside need to remove the sides of the window to install them attached are some pic and the label on the window I hope you can help me to find something that will work

Need help identifying this window . As you can see where the bottom of the window goes into the pivot piece on the bottom of spring the plastic is broken.
