I cannot figure out how to remove this tandem roller. The mounting screw is removed. The adjustment screw won't come off of the nut as the end of the screw is filed (to prevent it from coming off the but). Looking for suggestions.

I recently ordered part# 81-081 which I thought matched the ones I am replacing but I was wrong. I had purchased rollers for an identical patio unit about 3 years ago but there is no history of the part # that I had order. I need help to identify the part that I need.

Have a series 2500 PGT sliding door. I need two roller assemblies. The existing roller does say Disco 2189 on it. It has two 1 1/2" rollers that appear to be stainless.

Disco 2189 stamped on side. Wheel is concave metal 1-1/2" dia. Length 3-1/8" Height 1-9/16" Thickness 3/4" taper to 11/16", see top photo. Delta Industies model # SR-2189S or SR-2189SS for stainless Looking for 4 of them,thank you...Steven
