We have 16 condos in our building all with 96" tall Windoor doors and sliding screens that are about 15 years old. Over 200 screens with two rollers each as shown below. The roller is nylon, I guess, with SS bearings. 1 and 1/2" diameter and 5/16" wide. The opening in the screen frame is 3/4" wide. ... (cont.)

No identifying letters or numbers on the roller.

Looking for a replacement for this Nylon door roller. The wheel is about 1 1/2" wide and the metal assembly is about 2" wide.

Total length is 5 inches. Door is 1 1/4 thick. Rollers are 1 1/2. The door is approximately 20 years old and I cannot find the manufacturer name anywhere so I was wondering if you could tell me if there is a replacement for this. Thank you

It looks like these are the original parts. the diameter of the wheel is 1 and 3/8. The material of the wheel is steel, I prefer nylon. I will need 4 pieces. the width of the unit is 3/4 inch. the length of it is 5 inches.

Dimensions 2-1/8" longer 1 3/8" high & 3/4" wide

1-1/2 diameter wheel has a bushing though a 3/8 id diameter bearing center that is eccentric width of wheel/ roller is about 1/2 and is made of nylon or plastic similar to the Prime-line d1505

I have a number of patio windows with rollers that need to be replaced. Each window has two roller assemblies, and each window weighs 20-25 lbs. I am looking for roller for my screen door i noticed your product 81-046 looks very similar to the the existing roller on my door but mine are nylon wheels would you have those? hope this enough info
