I have Pella windows from 2001 - that have this handle/cover set 39-490. I need to replace it - do you have a compatible one?

The crank mechanism is broken. The window will crank out, but it just spins when I try to crank it back in.

the part that the window crank knob fits in is cracked want to purchase and replace just the one part. Should be an egress window. Right side of the window.

Do you have this handle in stock?

there are no numbers, manufacturer logos, or letters on the handle. I recently ordered 2 from Swisco that appeared to be the same, but are much shorter. The color is a perfect match. our windows were installed before we purchased our house, and we don't have any information on them. there are no ... (cont.)

I'm interested in purchasing the Pella Folding Crank and Lock Kit (Product Code: 39-601). However, I have one question regarding the locking lever: Is this locking lever an universal piece, or does it come in a left-hand or right-hand option?

I am searching for a window crank and cover/tray that it sits in, to replace on that is broken. The plastic tray pops out of the wood window framing and the crank is missing a small screw on the side. The handle comes out of the tray every time you open/close the window. The window is a Pella win ... (cont.)

Do you carry this piece in white? And is this piece specific to right or left window orientation?

We need to replace about 20 or more of these covers. They cover the mechanism that opens the windows. A separate crank attaches to the bottom. I believe this hall was built around year 2000.

I have 2 windows. Need Left hand handles and cover. Saw several but they don't say in description/details they will fit on the Pella.
