Looking for a few of these sash latches. These are Acadia window company windows, in Maryland

I need to replace the tilt latches on the windows. I think windows are Gapco brand.

Looking for working replacement. Screw holes are 2 1/2" apart. Total length of latch is 3 1/2". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking replacement latches. I think they are surface latch replacements about 31/3 inches in length with screw holes (philips head) on both ends.

Hello,I can not find the name of these windows. The spiral balances look like they are 1/2" thick.The pivot lock shoe(?) is broken on a couple of the windows.Some of the windows will not stay up.Thank you, Joe
