36-022 12" Four Bar Hinge, Standard Duty

I have a right side awnng window hinge that is broken. (The photo shows the left side hinge.) I believe it is a 3-bar hinge - please confirm. It is 12 inch hinge. Do you carry the replacement hinge? Also, is it sold as a pair for the leftand right hinges?

The plastic/nylon part on the left side is broken. I'm looking for replacement of the closing mechanism.

Hello, I'm having an issue with my window not forming a tight seal in the bottom right corner. I think it's an issue with the hinge not pulling the window in tight.
