38-075 Truth Hardware Low Profile Sash Lock

This is from a window that was built in the 1980's in North Carolina. There is a left on and a right one.

I believe all the hardware is truth. We have 4 windows each of 2 locks (8 total). The operators are on two right opening windows and two left opening windows. I included a picture of the operator hinge in case that would help of need replacement. thank you, Morgan

Lock handle broke need replacement, please in bronze or brown would be best

I'm not sure why these 2 windows upstairs don't close all the way. they have truth mechanisms (one with 30905/30744, and the other 30905 and I don't see a 2nd number for this mechanism) the locks don't go all the way and I can't push the window in enough from outside to get the locks to close all th ... Looking for these latches

I assume Ill need to replace only the handle and its cover as well as the locking mechanism in the window and not the entire piece that is the mechanical portion with is in great shape and light color. That doesn't matter as much as the visible portions on the casement. Can i also change out the han ... (cont.)
