Our casement window lock seems to resemble both your 38-036 and your 38-078. Please tell us which one substitutes for our current lock.

In 1984 we replaced all the windows in our house with what I believe to be vinyl clad, wood frame double pane Harvey Windows. A couple of the window latches used to close/lock the windows tightly are broken and need to be replaced. I cannot locate any of the paperwork from our original purchase, s ... (cont.)

Dave P. Attached are the dimension and picture of the current window lock. we are looking at removing one in room for easy opening of one window in our school. We will need around 30 of them let me know if the item number 38-078 would work to replace this.
