The crank of the window operator came out and the thread is gone. We likely need to replace the whole operator including the crank. The other picture is of a window lock. We have two crank out windows on the sides of a bay window, each with two locks which we would like to replace. Pictures show the locks.

Hi, My window sash has a kind of internal looking lock keeper and the frame has cutouts to accept a lock and screws. What measurements do we need to identify a suitable lock? I should also note I have no screws

We found that the measurement for casement window lock options is 3". The 3" measurement is from hole to hole. Could you please provide me with the price for each lock?

I have 3 windows I need parts for . They have a left and right opening window on them, I need 6 latches , 3 left hand openers and 3 right hand, hope the pictures help

One of these handles doesn't keep the window closed anymore (the window stays slightly open), can I change the handle? Thanks
