38-108 Window Lock Keeper

I am looking for Truth Hardware CAM handle lock, two left hand and two right hand in brown. The holes are 1 1/2" center-to-center. US patent number is 4930820 and were made in the United States. I can provide a photo if you wish.

This is a strike, cut into a white vinyl awning window-

I would like this in metal versus the plastic one that was provided by American Craftsman provided for their 70 Series Hopper.

I do not know the manufacturer of the window. It is a basement window made of vinyl. I think it is called a keeper .I tried glue but it doesn't hold .Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, JFB

Hello, I thought I purchased the correct latch but when I got to the house, I realized after taking off the window latch, I got the wrong kind. I have a number of PVC framed casement windows that latch with Truth 45085 handles. What I need are the mating piece (keepers?).
