Hello. One of the latches on our Silverline 5900 basement windows has broken, and we are struggling to find a replacement. I've attached the product info sticker and a picture of one of the working latches. If you can get the latch or know who can, that would be super fabulous.

Im looking for the Andersen casement window cranks but not sure if they are universal or have to purchase left and right. Also looking for basement window latches and insert where latch goes into. See attached photos

38-126 looks like a good Lock replacement and is for a basement window, and this keeper sits into an opening. Do we have a replacement? Thank you.
