The original is plastic. I prefer metal. The screws are 1-1/2" apart.

Hello! We had the latch handle to a small bathroom window snap in half, and I can't find a similar latch anywhere so I'm hoping you'll be able to identify it! It's one that you turn by hand to lock it in place. Thank you!

Can I get this latch in beige. I bought American Craftsman basement windows in beige in 05 the handles broke and you are the only one that carry this handle.

In that picture with the sticker is the window it just folds upward and closes. Is there a metal option to the handle cuz it broke kind of easy but it is getting old. Thank you Michael

I ordered something like this from your website but the locking lever was to short only 2 inches didn't lock. The original locking lever is 21/4 inches . I also need the screws 38-126 hopper window lock was what I ordered from your website Order number 1517678

Window latch for an awning window in a basement is broken. White plastic. Handle is broken and the outermost piece missing. Center shaft is broken. No markings anywhere on latch or window.

Hi, these basement window handles are made of plastic and several are broken. The screw holes are 1 1/2" apart and the handle. Was 31/2 " long.
