Sure, we should be able to help. Your pivot shoe here appears to be a match for our 15-199, which is designed to be used with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165. You will need to measure your old springs to confirm which size you have.

Then, depending on that, you could use either the 1/2" 15-150T or 3/8" 15-205 triple spring supports.
