Based on your pictures, it looks like you have our 15-199 pivot shoe as well as our 15-204 dual coil support.

Take a look at these parts and see if they will work for you.

These parts look correct.
What about Series 140 replacement constant force balance system for tilt windows? Is there something like that for the 15-199 pivot shoe and 15-204 dual coil support? (I have 160 coil balances)
I have tilt windows. Looking for an assembly.
I don't see videos showing how to connect an old coil to the pivot shoe or to the coil support.

I'm afraid that we don't sell your balance hardware as one complete set. The pieces are only sold individually. The good news with that is that you only need to replace what's broken.
