Customer's window. Didn't measure dimensions when there. Can go back to measure if unable to identify. Building is approximately 10-15 years old.

Thanks for reaching out to us! This window balance appears to be the Series 765 Balance. The marking on the channel is a 32 3, so I believe you'll need the S765-33 with a 32-3 stamp option. It uses the 26-053A Balance Stop, at the top and the window. You'll need to hold on to the screw cover to reuse, if you do replace the balance stops.

We do not have an exact replacement for the shoe but the 15-046 Pivot Shoe should work well in its place. It is compatible with the 26-040 Pivot Bar. Carefully compare the dimensions below to confirm that these are the correct fit.
