Hello; have a double-hung, tilt-in Simonton window (installed 2014) that won't stay open; researched/investigated and found out both triple coil balance adjustments had snapped and become disconnected from the shoe assembly (see pictures--previous owner; not sure what caused it).
Triple coils all have this marking on them: #5.0 35".
I am interested in an equivalent replacement for both sides of the window and would appreciate any help or advice you can give on the specific parts! I feel comfortable on the install.
