Hello, thank you for writing in. In regards to your tilt latches, I will need to see some pictures of them in order to identify a replacement. As for your channel balances, we unfortunately don't provide just the cord. If you would like to replace the whole balance, which I suspect may be necessary, we'll need to see clear images of the attachments on either end of the metal channel, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Finally, I'll need to see the stamp or imprint on the metal channel itself. All of this will assist me in making the best recommendations!

Thanks for getting back to me with those follow up pictures. In regards to your tilt latch, I suggest you start by reviewing the dimensions for or 26-243 and 26-244. For your balances, I believe we can help but it will need to be a custom order due to its unique design. You appear to have the 15-194 shoe, which is 1" wide, and the 15-198 top hook. If you would like to proceed, please let me know your desired quantity and I can e-mail you a custom order link.
The pricing for the tilt latches can be seen on the product page. The custom balances would be 16.85 each.
