spring twisted on coil balance

The spring twisted and the cover was so deteriorated that it fell apart, the coils have a number 4 stamped on them and one has a spay painted number that can't be read pictures included. The balance lock has a part number 5704165

That pivot shoe looks like our 15-199, which means your spring would be either our Series 160 (1/2" thick thick and compatible with 15-150T cover) or the Series 165 (3/8" thick and compatible with the 15-205 cover). The video below may also help you.
