window balance broken on double hung Jeld Wen window 2004 approximate year.
Also, on another window, the pegs that fit into the balance broke on both sides of the window, not sure if they make replacement parts for that or need new window. It is a wood clad window.

No markings on the coils that I can see. One of the coil holders has a 3 stamped on it and the other a 5 stamped on it. The sash weight of the window is 25 lbs. The coil is 1/2 ' wide. The coil holders are 1 1/4 ' wide and 1 3/8" tall each. The pivot shoe is 1 1/4 " wide.
The coil assembly is 3 3/4 " high when together as it sits in the track of sash. The sash track is approximately 1 1/2 " wide.
The pivot bar is 3" overall, with the head that fits into the pivot shoe being approximately 5/16 x 3/16 with an 1/8" head protruding into the pivot shoe.

Hello there!
Thanks for reaching out to us. We recommend the 15-177 pivot shoe which uses the S152 coil springs. If the sash weighs 25 pounds, you can use one S152-6 and one S152-7 pound spring on each side of the window. 13 pounds of support on each side will total 26 pounds of overall support. If you need new coil supports, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 support barrel. These "sandwich" around each spring.
As for the pivot bar, the 26-226 looks like a match but take a look at the specifications and see if they align with your old one.
