Thanks for writing in! We do not have an exact match but I'm fairly confident we can supply a replacement for this coil balance assembly. To confirm, I'll need to know the width, thickness, and height of the nylon shoe.

Please also confirm the stamp/marking on the coil spring.

It is 1 1/4" wide, 1 5/8" tall and 13/16" thick. The spring has a "6" or "9" on it. I'm not sure.

Thanks for confirming! Your coil balance shoe has similar measurements to the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe. That said, I do believe it could work for the repair. There is a chance the existing pivot bar may not be compatible, so you may also need the 26-083.

I believe the stamp on the coil could be a 9, but I'm not quite sure. To confirm whether you need the S159-06 or S159-09, you'll need to confirm the weight of the sash. The compatible coil support is the 15-255 Coil Single Support.
