This window operator reminds me of the 39-477 Rear Mount Casement Operator. Carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm if the measurements are a match.

The opposite handed version along with the compatible hardware and accessories have also been tagged below for your review.

Take a look at the 39-022 and 39-023 to see if this is a better match for your repairs. They are available in white. The installation hole spacing is the same on the base of these operators.
