This is a genuine Truth Hardware Awning Roto Gear Operator. Operator measures 21-1/2" in overall length and allows an approximate 15" sash opening. Designed for face-mount applications on single vent awning windows; will provide positive control of the sash in any position.

11/32" spline; crank handle sold separately.
Material: High-pressure die-cast zinc case with hardened steel drive worm and gear arms.
Finish: electrostatically applied, durable coatings that provide excellent resistance to chipping, scratching and corrosion while maintaining color stability for years in direct sunlight.

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Window not opening, crank lost connection and coming out

A tenant reported that the windows stopped opening. When inspecting the mechanism the crank only partly connects with the teeth so the easiest will be to replace it. It turns a few times but they window won't open. The problem is, the window can't be opened. We already had 2 different handyman look ... (cont.)
