Screen Door Mortise Latch

Hi there, I'm having trouble finding a replacement for this mortise lock for my screen door. The door itself is only 4 years old but the locking mechanism of this lock has failed and will no longer maintain the locked position. Many thanks in advance. Chris

I'm trying to replace the screen on this older sliding screen door. (I don't know manufacturer.) It appears to be riveted on, so I'm not sure how to remove and either reinstall (functions fine) or replace with similar part if needed. Also, to my untrained eye, it appears like the rivets go the entir ... (cont.)

I attempted to install this mortise lock (83-112) for my screen door. However I found out that the lock bumps up against the (4) mounting screws for the door pull. Appears there is only about 1" to 1-1/8" clearance for the lock to slide into the screen door frame. Can you screw right into the lock o ... (cont.)

This is a latch for an Arcadia screen door circa 1970. Metal tab latch controller snapped off.

What about this and the inside hook it actuated.
