Internal Tilt Latch Pair

Can you help identify this tilt latch? It is 1991 vintage from a double hung vinyl replacement window. Thanks for the help

Tilt latch found broken ( sliding back & forth inside sash) with missing/broken nose. Unable to get accurate measurement. Included pic of only visible label. Hi - I'd like to know both a) what part to order to fix the internal window latch and b) how do I get this window apart to do the replacement?
