Product Description

This is a foam filled bubble weatherstrip in the color white.

Sold in 12 foot lengths
3/16" Base width for t-slots with width of .210" and depth of .050".
T-slot mounted with an off-set design makes this shape a great fit for bottom and meeting rail applications.
3/8" Bulb diameter for a recommended 25% compression, (Minimum 10%, Maximum 50%).
Seamless compression seals are nearly 100% closed cell to prevent water from penetrating foam cell structure. Extruded skin provides a unique UV resistant barrier with design features that enhance the weather strip's sealing performance.
CFC and Phthalate free.

58-183 is quick and easy to install! Here's how I did it

We bought the 58-183 T slot offset hollow foam seal to replace the aged damaged ones in our Simonton windows. After a little learning curve, these were easy and quick to install. we ordeed item #58-182 and are not having any luck getting it into the slot, both sides, we can get one side started but not the other. The ends of the slot in the window are blocked off with the slot from the wool pile that runs vertically so there is no way to slide the bubble seal in from the sli ... (cont.)
