Pivot Bar Retainer

I have a Profab modular home built in 2003. Some of the windows need these little plastic weges that lock the metal pins into the spring window cannels. Without these in place the window stash will pop out when unlocking the stashes to clean the outside of the winlow. Pictures enclosed ... (cont.)

I'm looking to replace parts on 6 windows. All the sash pivots, all the coil spring balances and the upper latches I've included pictures. it doesn't look like The old sash balances will come out of the tracks without cutting into the vinyl? Who can I speak with to figure out out the right way to ... (cont.)
