Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can likely be replaced with the S765-27 Balance with a 26-5 stamp. The length of this balance channel is 27". The shoe used with this balance is the 15-046 Pivot Shoe, which is compatible with a pivot bar like the 26-040 or the 26-089.

You'll need either the 26-393A or 26-393B Tilt Latch Pair to replace the latches. In addition to the measurements, you'll need compare the side of the latch.
